EIFS Flat Foam Bands
Flat bands are one of the simplest ways to give a building’s exterior character. A belly band between floors, trim around windows and doors, or a clean horizontal line across a facade can turn a plain EIFS or Stucco wall into a finished, architectural look. FoamWorks hot-wire cuts every flat foam trim band from EPS or GPS foam, supplied as raw foam or meshed and base-coated, ready for your finish.
We were founded by an EIFS installer with more than 15 years in the field, so we know how a band should look on the wall and how it should go up: straight, consistent, and true to the design.

Standard flat bands come 1” or 2” thick, in 4”, 6”, 8”, 10” widths, 96” long
Material
1 lb density EPS is our standard that we keep in stock, while other densities of EPS & GPS are available on request
Mesh Weight
We carry various weights of Blue mesh, Orange mesh, and our standard for Bands - White mesh
Profile
A flat rectangle with square edges. Sloped tops and other edge details are available as custom cuts
Reinforcement
Order raw foam, or with fiberglass mesh and a cement base-coat applied to every face except the flat back

EPS or GPS?
EPS is the industry standard and 1 lb density is the billet we keep in stock and cut shapes from. For customers who need more insulating power, we offer higher densities of EPS or even GPS - containing graphite and even more R-Value at lower densities of foam. Both are compatible with EIFS systems.

Most customers use EPS to match the rest of the wall. GPS is fully compatible with EIFS and insulates better, but costs more, so we see it used less often. We can cut whichever one you need!
