FoamWorks was founded to serve EIFS contractors, Stucco suppliers, and Cladding professionals with reliable architectural foam profiles manufactured in the USA by a team that understands both production and installation.
Based in Central Pennsylvania and serving customers nationwide, we combine field experience, advanced CNC cutting technology, and proven manufacturing processes to produce foam shapes that meet the demands of modern construction.

Our Story
From Installation To Innovation
FoamWorks was established in 2025 by Eugene Glushak, a professional EIFS installer with more than 15 years of experience working on residential and commercial EIFS installation projects.
Throughout the years of field installation, one challenge consistently appeared: contractors needed architectural foam profiles that were accurate, dependable, and manufactured by someone who knows the installation process.
When the opportunity arose to acquire the foam cutting operations of FoamCAD, FoamWorks was created to continue and expand that proven manufacturing process.
Today, FoamWorks continues that foundation while investing in technology, process improvement, and long-term partnerships throughout the EIFS and Stucco construction industry.

Our Process
From Drawing to Jobsite-Ready Foam Profiles

Send Drawings, Samples, or Requirements
Share a sketch with dimensions, profile drawings, blueprints, field measurements, or an existing sample

Profile Review, Material Planning, & Quote
We review the shape, foam type, density, reinforcement needs, quantities, and project timeline to get you an accurate quote before you commit to the order

Hot Wire Cutting
We cut the desired profile out of EPS, XPS, or GPS foam billets using our Nettuno Sistemi hot wire CNC machine and then the resulting shape is inspected to ensure dimensions are to spec

Optional Mesh Reinforcement
We will, when requested, reinforce the cut profile with your choice of fiberglass mesh and a cement coating to prepare for EIFS/Stucco installation

Packaging & Shipping
We then prepare your order for pickup or arrange shipment to suppliers, contractors, and project locations nationwide
