Company & Ordering Questions

  • FoamWorks is a manufacturer of architectural foam profiles used in EIFS and Stucco building projects.

  • We work with Building Materials Suppliers, EIFS Installers, Stucco Contractors, Commercial Builders, Residential Builders, and other Construction Professionals.

  • FoamWorks is located in Central Pennsylvania but serves customers throughout Pennsylvania, the Mid-Atlantic region, and across the Continental United States

  • Yes. We regularly ship architectural foam profiles throughout the United States. Orders can be prepared for pickup, local delivery, or freight shipment

  • We produce a wide range of architectural foam profiles including but not limited to:

    • Arches

    • Bands

    • Bases

    • Caps

    • Columns

    • Corbels

    • Cornices

    • Keystones

    • Quoins

    • Sills

    • Starters

  • Though we typically keep a stock of and uses 1lb EPS, FoamWorks can fabricate profiles from varying densities of:

    • EPS (Expanded Polystyrene)

    • XPS (Extruded Polystyrene)

    • GPS (Graphite Polystyrene)

  • EPS is the most commonly used material for EIFS Architectural shapes due to its versatility, cost-effectiveness, and compatibility with EIFS systems.

    XPS offers a denser structure and greater moisture resistance.

    GPS contains graphite additives that improve insulation performance while maintaining many of the characteristics of traditional EPS.

  • We typically respond to quote requests within 24 hours. Depending on the quantity and coating requirements, we may be able to fulfill your order in the same day!

  • Yes. We work with our customers to refine the details of sketches, traced profiles, samples, and more to develop the desired profile.

  • Absolutely! Sending a sample of a trim that you need re-created is an excellent way of giving us the exact dimensions you’re looking for.

  • We usually work with PDF drawings, Image files (jpg, png, etc…), but also accept DXF CAD files. Give us a head-up and additional leeway with time if you want to send us other types of files.

  • Yes. Architectural foam profiles were made for that exact purpose as a lightweight, cost-effective, and durable alternative.

  • Foam profiles are used not just for Residential buildings, but Commercial ones too! You see them around windows, as an accent band, at the roofline, or corners of a wall.

shipping & Lead Time

  • Products are packaged according to profile size, fragility, coating requirements, and shipping method to help ensure safe transportation and delivery.

  • Lead times vary based on profile complexity, order volume, coating requirements, material availability, and current production schedules.

    A small order of raw EPS foam shapes may take only one day to fulfill-contact us for current production timing.

  • Yes. Expedited manufacturing may be available depending on production schedules and project requirements - contact us to discuss urgent project needs.
